Moving On To BHASVIC
Welcome. This webpage gives you a step-by-step guide through activity we have designed for your transition to BHASVIC this September.
We have 5 steps for you to complete.
Step 1: Short film clips to welcome you to Moving On activity by the Principal and a little more information and advice about the tasks from the Deputy Principal.
Step 2: Wellbeing webinars: Recordings of the two webinars about your transition to sixth form study and advice on how to navigate these next steps.
Step 3: Course Intro and Summer Work: provided for each course, and designed to give you further insight into studying your chosen courses at this level.
Step 4: Help and Support
Step 5: Remaining Tasks and General Information: Finally, at the end of this page is a list of things we need you to do – please check this and complete any remaining tasks. Information about GCSE Results Day, Enrolment and other sources of help complete this step.
Step 1 : Moving On To BHASVIC Week short films
Step 2 : Wellbeing Webinars
As part of our Moving On events, we have been working with Andrew Wright, founder of Action Your Potential, and BHASVIC’s wellbeing partner. Andrew, and a member of our Student Journey team, James Barton, are providing a series of Wellbeing Webinars designed to help new students prepare for and successfully navigate their transition to sixth form study.
Step 3 : Course Intro and Summer Work
